Errors with NetSuite around 9:00 PM EST Thursday

Last night I received an error from a script on a sales order form at 8:58 pm last night from an online order.

This morning we found a second order entered at 8:53 pm with item numbers that did not match descriptions. 

I was told once by a NetSuite partner that NetStuite does minor patches on Thursday Nights, don't know if this is true or not.... but did anyone experience issues or was limited to my instance?
