Can't Submit Online Case????
Anyone else experiencing the following?
1. Support Tab
2. Suiteanswers Site
3. Contact Support Online
4. Type anything (or nothing) into the "ask a question" box
5. Look for "Continue to Create Case" at bottom of page... it's no longer there?!
Anything I'm missing here? Verified this behaviour in more than one customer account...
