Customer Choosing INVOICE on checkout but getting a CASH SALE sales order

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:52PM in General 1 comment

I think this just started happening last week, has anyone else seen this before?

A customer has a credit limit, and so gets offered INVOICE as a checkout option, alongside CREDIT CARD.

Our default form for web checkout is CASH SALE to account for the the credit card payment option... however some customers have invoice accounts and hence can choose to put the sale against their account limit.

All good, up till last week, whereby when even when the customer chooses an INVOICE on the checkout screen it's creating a cash sale sales order!
When they choose invoice I expect them to get an invoice sales order form against their sales order, and not a cashe sale, or else what is the point of the choice in the first place?!?!?

Howdy, Stranger!
