Customer Center - Case Form Redirect
Can anyone help?
We have just been upgraded to release 2011.2
When a Case is submitted via our Customer Center this no longer redirects the user back to their 'home' Customer Center page - they merely get a browser error of type unable to connect to http://None
We have the "External Case Form Redirect URL" set to http://None
Presumably this needs to be set to something different...... (it was working fine in the previous release).
This issue was detected during our Beta testing & I contacted NS support about it & was assured that this was a function of beta and WOULD NOT AFFECT PRODUCTION!
