Contacting Support and Support Requests
So I think i stumbled upon a defect, but I'm not sure where/how to submit a support request anymore:
I went to Support -> SuiteAnswers, but was unable to find the answers to my questions through a search. I thought there was a way to submit a support request from within SuiteAnswers (either a link on the side, or a link that appears after a search). However, I don't see anything about submitting an online request.
The only link I see is a link "Contact Us By Phone" which provides my my account # and a diagram regarding how to access the phone system. However, a phone # is not immediately visible. So I know what options to put, but not what # to call!
