Unexpected Error on Sales Order

Hi,

I was just trying to customize the transaction form, and add a custom field.. but then all of a sudden, all the sales orders throw this error.

An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

I have checked like 20 Orders, same error. I have tried different browsers and the same error. I have a Administrator Role.

I have tried 3 other user computers with 'Call Centre' Role and it works fine on theirs.

I have tried another User Admin Role and it works fine on his machine..

So why am I getting this error?
