Notifications for bounced transaction emails
When we use Netsuite to email a sales invoice to an incorrect email address our users do not get any email notification that the email has bounced. There is no bounced message on the transaction to say it wasn't delivered.
Any tips on where these notifications go and/or if there is a Preference that needs to be set so that the users get notified.
For each user we have Set Preferences "From Email Address" = their email address.
For Setup>>Company>>Printing, Fax & Email Preferences, "From Address For Emailed Forms" = User Email Address
