Unable to Print Labels from Thermal Printer for FedEx Integrated Shipping

After our upgrade on Friday, we seem to be unable to print labels using a thermal printer. We had setup a label.bat file a while back to allow for EPL2 labels to be printed per NetSuite's help center.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Any workarounds?
