Comcast blocking Internet Traffic?

One of our users has Comcast as an ISP at home, and has not been able to surf to any NetSuite sites since Sunday. A trace route to 167.216.129.13 shows 5 hops from his home to a dead end at 68.86.85.38 ibone.comcast.net. He is calling Comcast now, but I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this?
