Webstore Summary and Thank You Page Cache Issue

Hello everyone. Anyone experience this before?

On our webstore, when someone buys for the first time, the Order Summary and Thank you page displays correct item list.

From the thank you page, when you click on continue shopping and buys another set of items, the Summary and Thank you page displays the very first purchase items.

When i refresh the page using Ctrl+Refresh, correct items are shown.

It seems obvious to me that this is caching issue and I'm not sure WHY it's happening.
