Refreshing to previous screen after edit/save

I'm curios to see if anyone else has noticed this in the last couple of weeks.

If a user is viewing a customer record (Customer A) and then moved on to another customer (Customer and edits then saves the Customer B record the refreshed screen in IE returns to Customer A ... not B that was just edited.  This behavior is the same among users.  I was just editing a customer record and had previously run an import/export.  After saving the customer record I was returned to the Import/Export screen.
