Inbound emails bouncing back?

We're starting to notice a pattern indicating there's something wrong with the reception of inbound messages to our support inbox. Fewer support cases are being opened via email and we've had reports from customers of bounceback messages. I haven't seen the messages yet.

Anyone else seeing this?
