HTML tags visible on Support Cases

We just noticed today that the Support Cases now show HTML tags.  We didn't change anything in the Setup or preferences.  We can still read without HTML tags when pressing VIEW HISTORY and we believe that Customers are getting the emails without the HTML tags, but it's annoying to have to read support cases with the HTML tags.

Anybody else having the same issue?
