can not print statement if change date range

It started last Thursday.
find a customer, "print statement", the date range is generated 30 days automatically. print, can get a statement in screen.
If I change the date range ( I always have open invoices over 30 days), the screen says "are you sure you want to leave this page?", click yes, screen refresh, no statement on the screen. I can not "email" either on this page.
I have to go to customer, message, email, send myself a statement( type my email address), receive the statement in my email, then print.
