Add / Update Estimate via webservices

Since upgrade having major problems adding and updating estimates via web services.  They fail with an unexpected error in the SOAP response.  Anyone else having similar errors?

Tried calling support, but was told I did not contact the correct team, which I know I did [menu 5 then menu 2 on the phone tree for web services team], and when the rep went to transfer me I was hung up on [not the first time this has happened].

Anyone else having similar issues with web services after the upgrade?
