e-mails from NS not reaching customer

We are having issues with estimates, sales orders and invoices not getting to our customers.
We use a Hosted Outlook service that has worked with out any issues for years.
We've verified that our domain & Ip address has not been tagged as spam.
Don't know what's changed but the problem is sporadic.
Anyone experience this issue?
