2012.1 footer filters on reports - error/defect

After adding a custom field as a report footer filter, one of our reports is throwing an unexpected error. If you are experiencing this as well, please submit a case and reference the following defect:

Defect: 216652 Sandbox > Custom Report > Add a custom field of type list/record as a footer filter produces an unexpected error (S-2)

I know there's at least one other customer who has seen this... If there are more known to NS, it'll help get it fixed sooner.

[*]Any customization of Income Statement report (Summary or Detail)
[*]Transaction column field of type List/Record added as footer filter
