Packing Lists for Item Fulfillment

Does anyone know if there is any means of getting a packing slip out of Netsuite when fulfilling orders?  I submitted this to support, and I don't think they know what I am talking about.

I don't work in shipping, but have watched the process several times.  If one order is comprised of 15 items and is packed into 2 boxes, each box gets its own tracking number and label.  Why can't we specify what goes into each box?  Does anyone know of any customization that has been done or can be done to implement this?  It seems inefficient to enter all of this information manually.
