Intercompagny Management Fields Group Showing more than 10 times

Can somebody explain me how this can happen?



We don't use this field group, so we tried to delete it. However, it keeps coming back. Each time we try to delete it, there is more entries of this Intercompany Management. This happened on the Customize Form for an Opportunity.
