Batch Print Cheques and Forms Bug

I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this bug which has gradually been getting worse for me over the last couple of weeks.

Transactions > Print Cheques and Forms > Orders

I go through and check all the boxes of the orders I want to print and then hit print.  At that point, another browser window should pop up and the PDF gets generated.  That's how it has always been.

Over the last couple of weeks, I started seeing a bug where simply nothing would happen - it would just return to the 'Print Cheques and Forms' screen - no PDF.  It would only happen 1 in every 10 times though.
