How to avoid showing same ID several times in a search

I am wondering if someone could let me know how to avoid showing same ID several times as I want to see one ID for one customer only. Same ID is showing for multiple times as because I want to customer address in result but result showing same ID mulitple times those customers has got more than one address on their record.

Help on this would be highly appreciated.
