Cannot make changes to Cases?

Anyone else having issues making updates to cases?
No matter the user, role, or case form all attempts to update, or create cases within Netsuite are met with:

An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information

.

Cases created via email are functioning, but we cannot edit or modify.

Our business is severely impacted!   :mad:
