Browser-Specific Error - Customer Impact
Something changed between 4/6/2012 and 6/6/2012 to introduce a page error for Internet Explorer users.
Customers are now unable to submit online sales orders after being able to do so up to at least the 4/6/2012.
The error is reported as a Syntax error in NLUtil.jsp
