Internal ID issue on some records
Create a text field on an item record called "xxxx".
Create a scheduled workflow that will test to see if the text field "xxxx" is empty, then it will set the text field to the INTERNAL ID value.
This only works for about 98% of records.
For the other 2%, the text field will contain "ERROR: Field Not Found".
**Here's the interesting part:
Items from this 2% do have an internal id showing when they appear in search results.
BUT If you have SHOW INTERNAL IDs turned on, the field still does not appear when you view the item record.
Has anyone come across this before ?
