Anyone experiencing login authentication issues?

I've gotten some reports from two different customer accounts about user login authentication issues this week. The users type in their name and password as always and tells them their login is invalid.

Normally I would think it is a user error but 5 different users in the same account reported it in the same week. After resetting their password they were able to login.

Has NetSuite been running updates to their login tables or something?
