Error Updating Support Case...
Hi All,
I have some C# code in our website that allows our customers to create/update any support cases that they have. Creating a support case works fine, but recently I have been getting error when trying to update an existing case. The exception that is thrown has the following message:
"You do not have permissions to set a value for element casenumber due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases."
Is anyone aware of any permissions that could cause this issue of not being able to update a Support Case?
