Effectively Shut Down - Can't print pick tickets, Approve SO/PO, etc

We can’t print pick tickets to ship orders, SO cannot be edited, PO can’t be changed, can’t approve SO or RGAs and so on.

Who else is affected by this problem?  Have people doing busy work while waiting for resolution.
