remove double space on <CR>?
I've searched this forum with every search term I can imagine and find no reference to this problem so I assume that it doesn't exist for most, but ...
In all NS emails, case entries, etc in our account we have always dealt with the oddity that returns are treated as double-space entries. We can't find any way to control paragraph formating details. This drives us insane.
All the basic formatting buttons exist in the top ribbon, but nothing related to line spacing.
Anyone know how to control this??
