New issue - Certain Roles Can't Save Certain Forms

Without changes to our system:

I have noticed users complaining about not being able to save on certain forms.

It will affect 1 user in 1 role for 1 form or two.

Another user may have an issue with a different form.

Can't save.

Sometimes logging off and on again helps.
Sometimes it's fixed the next day.

Anyone else have symptoms like that ?
