Change Password Link in Customer Center Broke

In our customer center we're using this URL: https://checkout.netsuite.com/app/center/emailpwd.nl from this thread: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=8641&highlight=email+customer+center to allow customers to update their passwords. It was working great.

Today I learned it's taking customers to a page that says "Error An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again."

Whyyy NetSuite?

Has anyone else run into this? Or is anyone else using this link and it's not broken (are we all alone?)
