HELP! Trouble printing pickng tickets and to label printer with Explorer 9&10

We recently upgrade to Explorer 10 and cannot print picking tickets or labels to the label printer.  Is this a simple browser setting/extension or plugin that enables us to do so?  Would appreciate any help or guidance.
