XML Request/Response Comparison

I'm struggling to compare xml files when there are high numbers of failures with some successes.  Here's what I mean,  the XML Request has 43 successful records and 57 failures that are mixed in the request/response files. 

Is anyone around here using a tool to line up the xml requests with their responses so that you can quickly see which error response is for the original request?

Any help in this area would be much appreciated.
