Serious Flaw In Free Shipping Code / Promotion

Hi All,

My company is completely suffering because Netsuite's Free Shipping structure whether you use promotional codes or shipping rules just doesn't work.

The reason it doesn't work is because using a coupon code the Exclude Items checkoff simply doesn't register those items as not being a part of the free shipping offer. With any other coupon offer discount off or dollar off it works fine but with free shipping it doesn't.

Netsuite, this is an S1 serious issue for us and it is NOT an enhancement as you have it now it is a complete defect. If it excludes for other offers on coupon codes why not on free shipping offer.
