User Group email Address no longer associated with listed Account Number

According to the following email, my user group account is about to be de-activated.  How do I update my email address to stop this from happening?

Hello Linda,

This is to inform you that your email address is no longer associated with the account number XXXXXX. Because of this we will be removing your login associated with this account number from the User Group. Your login will be deactivated within 24 hours.
