You do not have privileges to view this page - Reports

Hi All,

The Finance Manager of a subsidiary needs to access some reports that are located under "Reports > VAT/GST" but he gets the "You do not have privileges to view this page" error when he tries to access it.

1- How can I know for sure what access rights I have to give him?
2- I Logged myself with the "Accountant" role and I was able to access the reports. However, when I copied this role ("Accountant") BEFORE I did anything to it, I used is to access the reports and I couldn't. What am I missing?
