Estimate Gross Profit for Drop-Ship items (as displayed on Sales Orders)

I just activated the "estimate gross profit" feature.  I looked at some recent sales orders and it now shows a column for "estimate gross profit".  It shows 100% profit on drop-shipped items.

What gives?
