Error while Importing Inventory Adjustment Worksheet

I want to import opening stock for items. Items are already imported. So I want to enter their qty in hand and price. So I made use of the Adjust Inventory Worksheet Import.but after Importing, nothing get Imported. It is showing error message as that item is invalid for that subsidiary. but,all these Items are under this subsidiary. But it is showing message as invalid reference. When I run a inventory status report, these items are shown under this subsidiary. So what I need to do for entering the opening stock?
