Payment not received for many orders Cybersource

I am not sure if this is an issue after release or because of Cybersource. We are getting many orders with no payment. The order is not at all there in Cybersource and this is happening sporadically. Luckily, we found out with scheduled email of saved search for payment not received orders.

So I want to warn other customers using Netsuite to just make sure you got payment before shipping them out.
