Workflow Transition Issues(Started today)

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else has been having issues with some Transitions on Workflows not working as of today.

I noticed that on certain workflows some of the transition stopped working today. The only way we were able to fix it was to delete the transition, and recreate an identical one. This fixed the issue, but there are a lot of Workflows, and it seems random on what transitions stopped working.

I was wondering if anyone else noticed this as well, or if its just on our end.
