Prices Prepended with USD

Has anyone else noticed their item prices being sporadically prepended with a currency acronym?

Currently I am seeing all our prices prepended with 'USD'. However this is only happening in Google chrome and only on my machine... I have cleared my cache and refreshed the pages but they still show the currency.

Other people in my company are fine.
