NetSuite-sent email rejected by customer email system (DNS/PTR error)
My email sent from a NetSuite Sales Order transaction was rejected by my customer's email system and returned to me by the NetSuite mailer daemon with the following message:
"This mail has been rejected because the DNS/PTR configuration of your provider's mail server [167.216.129.170] is incorrect or missing. (in reply to RCPT TO command)"
... i.e., my customer's email system doesn't want to receive this from NetSuite.
Could this be due to spam blocking/blacklisting, and/or can the intended recipient update their email system to NOT reject emails from NetSuite?
Tim
