Credit Card Import Transactions - Permission Error for "Type"

We are trying to import transactions for our credit cards and while I can pull the transactions into NetSuite, when it comes to "Find Charge" for "Type" then I get the permission error of: "Permission Violation: You need the 'Transactions -> Reconcile' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator."

The problem is I have "full" for this permission of: 'Transactions -> Reconcile'

Anyone have any ideas to fixing this?
