Please overhaul status.netsuite.com
NS - I love your product, but the status site needs a major update.
Just about every week, some functionality (webstore, odbc, user interface, etc) breaks -- which is understandable from my perspective. But when it does, and you know about it, why isn't it published on status.netsuite.com? The only reliable way is to come over to the town tavern that is this usergroup, and ask one of the drunks about it (no offense to the drunks).
Here's an easy suggestion. List out the areas of functionality and state their current status. We could all care less about the 99.9999% metric that you use, it's meaningless to customers. Example:
