Throughput problem on orders processed

Perhaps 6 weeks ago I noticed some unusual things about the throughput of transactions through the Netsuite web service.  I’m confident this is new behavior because it was easy to notice and I’d not noted it in the months prior. It seemed like there was now a ceiling of how many transactions would be processed per minute.  This started (roughly) at the time the new Netsuite version went in, no idea whether that relates.  We have probably a half dozen applications using that web service but the easiest way to get data about this is with the NetsuiteOrderImportWS application.
