Importing CSV of Project Tasks gives "Unexpected Error" w/o Results

Trying to import the following test file:

Unique_ID,Outline_Number,Task_Name,Scheduled_Work,Unique_ID_Predecessors,Resource_Names  1,1,Data Conversion,397.3 hrs,0,Chris Lounsbury


... and when the job finishes I get the following results (or lack thereof):

Status: Failed
Percent Complete: 100%
Message: An unexpected error has occurred.
CSV Response: <blank>
Queue: <blank>
Cancel: <blank>

My mapping screen looks like this:



Is there any way to tell what this "Unexpected error" is if I'm not getting a results file with any feedback messages?
