Website Failing ! Bandwidth Overage. Netsuite can't handle some holiday traffic!

Website is failing when the traffic goes up a little high. Netsuite should be able to support 200-400 web visitors at a time. We were having issues of website failing in November during slow timings but we thought Netsuite will take care of all in December during holiday shopping peak times. Looks like Netsuite is not!
