Field help is unavailable

When clicking on a field label to get field help, I'm getting the following message:

Notice
Help is currently unavailable, try back in a few minutes.



This is occurring on a system.na1.netsuite.com account.  Field help IS working on a system.netsuite.com account.

Can anyone else confirm?
