Create New Menu Resets?
This is an odd one and it seems to be happening at random intervals, and not related to any particular action - a few of our users use the Create New menu off of customer records for easy access to creating new related records. As our people have specialized jobs (Sales, Customer Service, etc.), they're using the Personalize... feature to reorder the menu so that their frequently used records are near the top. What they're finding is that some times they log in and the order of this menu has reset to the default. Or sometimes, in the midst of
