Speed issues 5-5-2014

Anybody else seeing speed issues today, as for us it is very inconsistent.  I can create X number of bills just fine, but then it just hangs saving the next one for sometimes up to 5 minutes.  Everything does save just fine.  There does not seem to be any pattern to it. 

After the long save, I click the Netsuite logo and it is ALWAYS related to the Server that shows the large time.  I've now had quite a few other employees ask me what is going on.
