Sublist data doesn't display for one user

Hello,

We have a saved search in a sublist that displays sales orders.  It displays properly for all users except one.  After much troubleshooting I've confirmed that the issue is with a specific user's login.  Here's what I've done thus far.

- Verified that the role (Operations Mgr) can display the sublist by selecting the OM role on my computer.  (I am the Admin.)
- Tried three different browsers on the user's computer, all with the same issue.  Also cleared the cache on each.
- The user can display the sales orders on her computer by using a different role.
- When I login as the user on my computer the sales orders also do
